[PVRCNC] PVRC-NC EAST Picnic

This is the third and final notice (invite) to the PVRC-NC East picnic.  If
you were not at the June meeting you missed the second notice :-)

Laurie and I would like to thank those of you that have sent your RSVPs and
would like to request those that plan on attending to RSVP now.  We need a
final count to complete the planning.   As you would expect the planning
will be quite different depending on the number of attendees.  Once we have
a final count we send another email with the details to those that will be
attending.

This is not a members only picnic, so please bring along your husband, wife,
or significant other.  However, as we are somewhat space limited, we would
appreciate you not bringing along the kids.


Again - PLEASE RSVP by MONDAY - JUNE 16th so we can get a final headcount
and complete the planning.
