"Just talked with Bill, and was told that He thought Scotty understood
that it would be several months before he could get to the amp.

"(Due to family obligations) he has not been able to spend as much
time in the shop as he would like or needs to.  His plan now is to not
accept any more work, finish what work he has as he can find time, and
then shut down the business."
