[PVRCNC] Negative IARU score 2007

Their computer did it because it was in a snit over being "upgraded" to 
Vista. The entire RK0AXX team was in the sitting room watching hockey 
the whole 24 hrs. At the end of the contest they were informed that they 
had the zone 32 score in the bag. Then they got official notification 
email from ARRL . When they viewed the hacked "Logs received" page they 
broke out the Russian Budweiser,  then it was too late. When results 
were published they retaliated by putting a 90-day Vista/Sp1 RC1 install 
on the computer and that trashed it's root kits...
