I know you specified local, but I can recommend an online seller "Farmtek"
(www.farmtek.com) which has very attractive prices.

If you're not in a hurry you can watch their constantly changing inventory
of cable reel ends and pick up serious bargains. I bought spool-ends of
cable for guy wires at a drastically reduced price - less than half of local
price, AFTER shipping.
