[PVRCNC] FW: PVRC Election Guidance

Here is the list of nominees for officers and trustees for PVRC 2009.
Since we will not have a NC East chapter meeting until January 8, we
will need to conduct our voting  via e-mail. Since this is a simple
up/down vote, please e-mail me prior to December 20 if you DO NOT want
your vote cast for this slate. I will forward results on December 21.

 

Please try to attend the January meeting as we will be electing a new
chapter leader at that time.

	  Chapter leaders - our election procedures have changed since
last year due to a revision in the by-laws.  It reflects the
decentralization of the club.  In years past the vote was take at the
Central holiday dinner.  Now it is being pushed out to the chapters.
Below you will find the slate of officers and trustees for 2009.  Please
canvass a majority of your members and vote for or against the slate.
You can do this at a chapter meeting, via e-mail, phone, or whatever
means you determine is appropriate.  I don't need a list of members who
voted or even how many votes were cast, just let me know the results
(i.e. Central chapter voted in favor of the slate).  I need your results
by December 22.  Holler if you have any questions.
