El Capitano, Will, AA4NC, is sightseeing on behalf of his employer and not 
at his desk, so here's the story:

Our arrangements at Manchester's with regular monthly booking and no charge 
for a very good meeting room is with the understanding that they can "bump" 
us for larger, higher paying parties. Overall, it's a good deal for us.  We 
were not happy with this coming on such short notice but they only got the 
booking yesterday.

Manchester's does want to keep us and they have agreed to set up tables in 
the quietest area they have just outside our regular meeting room. Will 
feels that a change in place or date is likely to result in people who don't 
see the notice in time on the reflector missing out. So, the meeting will be 
SAME TIME, SAME PLACE.

However, with apologies to Brian, K3KO, not having a quiet room and large 
table setup, programs don't do very well in the general restaurant area so 
that will need to be postponed.

Nevertheless, we have had three major contests since the last meeting, with 
160 coming up this weekend, so there should be no shortage of bragging, 
crying, forecasting and other genuine PVRC  BS that only this chapter is 
capable of producing.  We'll devote the entire time to that noble purpose.
