Thanks for the info, Pete.

I am pleased with this rule. I believe it will allow full development of the 
technology while maintaining the credibility of single operator results. 
Requiring personal locating and identifying of cw signals in a cw contest 
will keep less sophisticated operators in the game and hopefully encourage 
acquiring and developing the historic and unique skills of morse code 
interpreted by humans.

Having said that, I congratulate those involved in the concept and 
development of a means to create the equivalent of packet using only the 
information transmitted over the air and without the intervention of 
third-party communications (Internet).
