[PVRCNC] US Domestic QSL Bureau / ARRL outgoing Service rates ?

Does anyone use the US Domestic QSL Bureau (Clyde, N.C.)? I ran across
it on the web and it looks good if it works. They charge 10 cents for
bulk forwarding of US QSLs and 20 cents for DX cards. They also offer an
incoming bureau as well. 

 

Also I need the new rates for the ARRL outgoing QSL bureau. The ARRL web
site appears to be down currently.
