[PVRCNC] PVRCNC summer meetings

The "meeting through the summer" thing has worked well for the last few years 
(in my opinion).  It actually may have helped stabilize our year 'round 
attendance...who knows?  For me, I plan to attend whenever in town and concur that 
the July 3rd meeting could be skipped rather than trying to reschedule it.  As 
far as whether to have a formal  program or not...that isn't as important to 
me as the chance to get together so if you want to save programs for the fall 
contest season that wouldn't be a problem as far as I'm concerned.
