[PVRCNC] PVRCNC summer meetings

For at least the past two years we've just kept on going and frankly, I 
didn't notice that much difference. We tell Manchester's we can't predict 
turnout and they've been OK with that.

I would suggest maybe skipping July, rather than rescheduling since Thursday 
is July 3 before the 4th holiday and I would expect most people, myself 
included, will have other plans for the long weekend.

I am trying to gauge the amount of interest and participation to expect
for our June-August meetings. In the past, meetings have not been
scheduled in the summer but some guys did continue to get together.
Please let me know if you think that we should continue the "formal"
meeting format with a program/paper contest and if you plan to attend
during the summer months.
