[PVRCNC] Tower height - can you legally go 200'?? Or more?

Greetings from Las Vegas.  I am at the NAB show out here.

There have been some discussions about tower heights for receiving DTV.
Word is that the FCC made it law that you can put any tower up that will
allow you a line of sight shot at the TV stations.  The thing is that you
can "shop" for your TV stations.  In other words you can decide that you
want to receive your TV from a station 100 miles away. <grin>

Now whose to say that you have a TV antenna up there, and might as well put
up a beam too.

Some of us are looking for the proceedings of this.  I will be flying back
today so I wont have much time to look, but it could be quite interesting.
