[PVRCNC] PVRCNC-East Early meeting and election notice

I would like to echo Howie's sentiments concerning both Jim and Will.

Thank you Jim for all your hard work, enthusiasm, and leadership at the helm 
of PVRCNC-East.  As someone who has worked directly with you in this venture, 
I know how you have worked hard, kept the good of the club and chapter close 
to your heart, etc....Well done and Thanks!  

As we move forward into a new year, I am extremely excited about Will-AA4NC 
(I always think of him as that not the newer club call W4MR) stepping up to 
volunteer to take over the reigns from Jim.  I've known Will  since I moved to NC 
in 1989 (worked him when I lived in Indiana prior to 89) and can attest to 
that fact that he is an amazing op with dynamic skills in both SSB and CW.  
Beyond his radio skills, he is just a dag-gone good guy.  We are fortunate to have 
him volunteer!

Thanks guys!  Let's charge forward and take no prisoners (to do that I highly 
suggest avoiding QRP operations).  :)
