[PVRCNC] PVRC by-law revisions

Dear PVRC Members;

Your Officers and Trustees have been busy revising the
PVRC By-Laws!

For those interested, I will be posting our old
by-laws, and the proposed new ones for your review on
our web site http://www.pvrc.org over the next few
days.

In our earlier years our club was run by our Trustees;
the major change to the by-laws reflects the fact that
the PVRC Officers now run the club, and the Trustees
assist the officers, and/or insure the Officers are
taking the club in the right direction!

If you are interested in making comments - you can
direct them to me, wx3b [at] yahoo.com.  

After the proposed by-laws have been posted, we will
enter a comment period, then the officers and trustees
will reconvene and make additional modifications if
necessary.

Provided everything goes well, we will officially vote
the new by-laws into existance during our Central
meeting on December 3rd.

For those that haven't heard, our "Central" meeting
December 3rd is being held at P.J. Skidoos in Fairfax,
VA - it is our HOLIDAY dinner!  Stay tuned for futher
details.
