[PVRCNC] Hardware ports for N1MM SO2R

"I need some advice on adding hardware ports for N1MM SO2R use. I've tried 
several generic PCI serial/parallel ports and USB to serial and parallel 
converters with no luck. If anyone has some tried and true hardware 
solutions, please let me know."

Note from K4QPL: Basically, the ports work for other Windows XP applications 
like printing on the parallel ports, but do not drive the adapters to send 
cw. From our telcon Saturday afternoon and comparing to my setup, we 
couldn't find any obvious reason in Windows, N1MM, or the BIOS why this was 
happening. I exhausted all knowledge I had!
