[PVRCNC] 175 Mile Radius

I'm going to assume this is going to have an impact on
us here in NC.

Maybe an even heavier impact on our friends to the
west.

Although I am proud of the fact the PVRC hierarchy has
taken the "high road" to self disqualify due to this
disparity, I'm wondering how this distance issue could
have been allowed to fall through the crack?

I guess there is alot more dust yet to settle after
everybody gets back from Dayton and WPX is finished.
