Thanks for the suggestions. Finally heard them this morning! They were
"booming" into the East Coast on 20m...solid 56/57 at my QTH. I didn't turn
the rig on until 8:30am but heard them work lots of W4s and W3s. They
started to work the Midwest around 8:45am. By 9:00am, they were mostly
working Midwest. I didn't get through but will try again tomorrow (a little
earlier in the morning). I have a Force 12 C4 at 50' and an AL-80B so I
should have a decent chance if today's propagation repeats itself.
