[PVRCNC] NC 2006 Sweepstakes scores

After perusing the 2006 Sweeps scores, I got curious enough to pull the 
scores from both contests and come up with totals for the NC Chapters.
I combined the scores from both contests, and sorted the list by total 
contribution to our PVRC Sweepstakes victory.

The results are by the callsign reported.  I hope I've noted the Multi 
ops correctly.  Also, I adjusted the attribution of points for the only 
HMO op I am certain about(AA4NC operated under three calls for CW Sweeps).

Interesting.  Big guns take note:  There are some a new kids in town!
