IOTA is coming up and I'm trying to figure out what the Brits consider an "island." The RSGB IOTA website seems a bit messed up and slow to react, but I can only find two NA groups that seem to have NC islands, "East" and "West". I would have thought North and South but whatever.  I was hoping to operate from Topsail Island but NA-112 says, "not.....Topsail, Wrightsville Beach...etc." NA-067 excludes some other ones. Does that mean that if there are a lot of people there it isn't an island? Or is there another group for islands one can reach by bridge. I couldn't find it with a name search either.

Am I missing something or am I just SOL?
