Fellow PVRC Members:

I am downsizing to an active retirement community and will be offering my
home and adjacent land for sale by owner.  Before offering to the general
public, I am offering my properties to the amateur radio community.

The first draft website is now online:  www.2913fsbo.com Interior and
exterior photo tours are on the website; there are additional interior
photos to add and several photos need to be retaken. 
 
Please pass the word around; if a fellow ham buys the QTH I will include the
tower, rotor and all other antennas as a further incentive

 
If any ham refers a qualified buyer and they purchase my properties; or if a
ham purchases my properties I will buy them new Omni II or give them one of
my Icom 756 Pro IIIs or the equivalent in cash as a referral or purchase
incentive.
