Mark thy calendar.....The PVRC/NC East chapter meeting will be held at 
Manchester's on Thursday June 7th.

Come and enjoy a night of contest related QRM, and get the official, 
semi-official, and also completely unofficial yet wildly inaccurate 
speculation on what ELSE might possibly change in the span of a single 
month.

Dang the Blue Moon!  The Blue Moon ate the Sunspots!

Just to stir the pot, I have received reports that towers are sprouting 
from the landscape of Central North Carolina despite the weeks of 
drought.  Are they in the Circle, and if so, which Circle?  Did the 
tower owners remember to seed their concrete bases with rare DX QSL 
cards?  Are the feedlines actually plugged in to the rig???? Oh!  The 
horror....the horror....

Note to self:  I need some of that 
super-hybrid-drought-resistant-Rohn-tower-seed in my yard.....  :o

Where:
We meet at Manchester's Bar and Grill in North Raleigh.  Manchesters Bar
and Grill is located at 9109 Leesville Road, Raleigh  27613.
Manchesters is in the Pinecrest Shopping Center which is 0.8 miles south
on Leesville from the Leesville Road exit of I-540.

When:
The "official" meeting time is 6:00 pm, Thursday June 7th, but will
actually be whenever K4QPL decides to cut through the usual high level
of QRM.  Feel free to come a bit early to add to the QRM and quaff an 
807....
