[PVRCNC] W1AW/4 Score comparison

If you really want to see the sunspots clear as a bell look at points 
per QSO across the list. Note that W3LPL et al, 11 years ago, was 2.63 
vs. our 2.59 at the same point in the previous cycle.

Pts per Q would relate to whether the high bands were long, busy and 
had most of their QSO's out of the country.
