[PVRCNC] PVRC-NC East Chapter Meeting

I agree with Keith. Forecast is that it will convert to rain long before 
meeting time and that's something folks from all over the South can handle, 
'specially those from Looziana.

But if the weathermen are wrong, as they are wont to be, be safe. I guess 
that will mean a trifecta for Jack in the paper contests in March!
