Thanks fer the response's and interest, and the offers of testing.

 The stack came about because I lost my main hf / 40m beams and Titanex V160  a few weeks ago in high winds, so I decided on a total re-work! 

During ARRL we were cutting things pretty fine. We were running on just a temporary dipoles! and got the stack up at 0030 hrs in the dark wet cold of night  while we were running on 80 off  a dipole on the other tower !!
Luckily it all worked first time.

I am waiting for a MonsterIR  which will give us 3 elements on 40. This will go on a second p80 tower that currently has our mult aerial on.( x7)
The x7 will be transferred to tower 3.  

The towers are Strumech p80 crank up's with Prosistel PST 61 rotators 
and H3R head units and thrust bearings.

The stacked IR's are at   35 and 75ft .
