[PVRCNC] PVRC-NC Meeting TONIGHT AT MANCHESTER's

Having had an advance consultation with Punxutawney Phil, the groundhog, and 
looked out the window, the decision is.......

The meeting WILL be tonight at Manchester's. Patrick says they will be open 
for business as usual and hopes we'll have a good turnout.

Want to also announce a program change. Kent, K9EZ, was called out of town 
at short notice (like this morning) so will be unable to give his 
presentation tonight. We'll get that on in the future.

Jack is planning a double paper contest with double prizes tonight for 
winners.

In place of Kent's 50kw program, the replacement plan is Jay and Keith 
screening selections from the world renowned PVRC contesting university DVD 
series.

Of course, if conditions change, or if you are not comfortable venturing 
out, please exercise good judgment. Even a PVRC meeting isn't worth getting 
yourself into a bad situation.
