Thanks to many who made suggestions on this QLF RX antenna switcher.
RX antennas can be switched in via foot control instead of taking hands
off keyboard.

I now have a working prototype on the bench.

It currently a single lever "keyer paddle" as CW/CCW input.

One uses the left foot to press one side and right foot to press the
other side.
This results in RX antennas being switched to the next CW or CCW
position respectively.
Just like a keyer, holding one side results in multiple hops spaced by
0.4 seconds.

Output is of two forms: BCD digital or decoded X positions. Where X
can be as large as 10.

Working on a true QLF version using only one foot.
An iambic type paddle with the foot in the center of the two levers will
allow single foot operation.

It ended up being a 4 IC project: a 7805L voltage regulator, a 14 pin
PIC, a CD4028 decoder IC and a ULN2003 relay driver IC
Net cost of chips new would be under $5.
