[PVRCNC] Sweepstakes CW log deadline

The ARRL robot was rejecting entries after 0300 UTC Dec 5  (10 pm EST) as beyond deadline. Not exactly the common interpretation of a "December 5" in the rules posted on arrl.org. If you are reading this, absent some correction by ARRL, you are past their (however strangely concocted interpretation of a) deadline.

Have sent email to the general contesting address, but have no reply as of now.

I think they probably meant to set it to 0300 UTC December 6 as a reasonable implementation of "local time" December 5, though personally I would have set it to 1200 UTC Dec 6.

After all when income tax deadline is April 15, we get to midnight and ALL of April 15 to get it in.

There's always something.
