Blue Moon? Planetary Convergence? Solar flares?

No! It's the combined meeting for the North Carolina chapters of PVRC!
EAST(Raleigh, et al) meets WEST(Winston-Salem, et al) -- "somewhere"
in the middle. And this note is to announce the location of that
mystery somewhere:

Heads Up! Heads Up! Heads Up!
The regular May 3rd PVRC NC East meeting will not be at the normal
location, but will be in Burlington, NC. It is going to be a joint
meeting of all(okay 'both') North Carolina chapters. If you are able to
make it please come. For its convenient location and flexibility, we'll
meet at the Golden Corral in Burlington.

Details and Directions:
The Golden Corral restaurant is on 3108 Garden Rd, just off HUFFMAN MILL
RD, very close to I-40 in Burlington. The meeting will officially begin
at 6:30, and the program will start promptly at 7:00. Henry, W2DZO, will
be telling sea stories about the V26H DXpedition for the recent ARRL DX
SSB. The meeting location is "Room B" at the Golden Corral. We
anticipate a fast paced meeting "exchange", as we are all going to be
driving a bit farther home after this group meeting.

see http://pvrcnc.org/
for the link to the map to the restaurant.

So hook up with a carpool buddy and join in the fellowship. Guests,
friends and PVRC'rs from outside the NC area(road trip!) are welcome too!
