[PVRCNC] 2006 Sweepstakes home page addendum

In addition to Jim and Henry's "PVRC/NC Chairman's Challenge", there are 
  two other programs of interest for this years Sweepstakes and contest 
season.

For those folks interested in the PVRC 5M award, for the 2006 season the 
5M points will be DOUBLED for sweepstakes.  Because of the methods used 
to score Sweepstakes and calculate 5M points, you can really RACK UP 5M 
points by operating this year.  See the Sweeps page for a link to more 
information on that.

Also, the new "PVRC Hot Operator" awards program is kicking off this 
contest season.  The sweeps page has a link to information on that 
program in the sidebar.
