[PVRCNC] Want Motherboard/use system

Guys,

Any of you upgraded and have a WIN-XP compatible machine/motherboard 
collecting dust?

Looking for something that:
1) has at least 1 com and 1 lpt
2) supports about 2.4 GHZ P4
3) 4 or more USB2
4) 4X/8X AGP slot
5) supports 1 gb RAM
6) 3 or more open PCI slots
7) mother board install disk

Nice to have extras
1) onboard sound
2) slot 478 CPU config
3) at least 1 ISA slot (wishful thinking)

The search of the internet for such is frustrating.  The boards that 
I'm after don't seem to be in stock anywhere.  (Don't consider EBAY to 
be a reliable source!)

Given recently fixed crashes of main WIN98SE computer here, it seems 
prudent to bring up an XP machine in a non-panic mode.
