The following appeared in Ward Silver's (N0AX) "Contesters Rate Sheet" this 
week:
(in reference to "The QSO's Also Rises")

"No responding prose was received from PVRC in response to the NCCC
offering in the last issue, so I declare NCCC the winner in the first
annual "Highbrow Smartypants Trashtalking" competition!"

This is our chance to show them that we don't need "trashtalking." We just 
get out there with all members and put in enough logs to win!
