[PVRCNC] 0100-0300 Thurs SS tune up 28.450

Last year PVRCNC-East had a couple 10M "Meetings on the Air" before
Sweepstakes. Rather than having a structured meeting, let's all try to
monitor 28.450 for as much time as we have available during those two hours
and let everyone tune up, test their transmit and receive filters,
bandwidth, VOX settings, speech processors, mikes, voice keyers or whatever
and get candid opinions from others in range. It may also be fun to go
through some practice exchanges and get comments on your phonetics and
clarity.

That's 8-10 p.m. local on Thursday. There won't be an official NCS so
announce yourself when you come on frequency so others monitoring can join
in.

If you can't be on Thursday, try Friday, same time and place. Or put out a
notice of when you will be on.
