[PVRCNC] Cluster (Forward to anyone else)

Hi Bob,

Thanks for the posting, but I don't even know what cluster you are talking
about--frequency, etc. etc. Have only just started using packet on contests
that I'm in very casually and just want to shoot a few fish in a barrel. I
don't know if I have the equipment for it. What does it take? Do I need a
separate TNC?

Are there advantages or disadvantages over using the internet telnet packet?
Who is it linked to?

I'm a strong believer in using real radio wherever we can. Maybe if you
could circulate a positive "from the beginning" posting on the local cluster
it might stimulate some interest among the gang here, particularly on
contest weekends.

How about talking about it at a club meeting?

73,

Jim
