Wow! This is pretty exciting. And while we may have to wait for the "Supreme 
Court", aka ARRL, to decide who gets the gavel, I'd rather be 4% up than the 
other way around.

Also in politics the winner is decided by who gets the most voters to turn 
out on election day. In this case, there is no question that if all the 
"voters" (PVRC members) hadn't gotten out for both phone and cw and voted 
twice (yeah, I know that's stretching the analogy) we wouldn't even be close 
to where we are.

Thanks to all from 10 qso's upward for a meaningful contribution, and 
special thanks to the NC gang for great support.
