So who, -exactly-, are the CW nets supposed to approach about this?
The arbiters of "the interests of all 80m CW/Digimode users except
the traffic nets? What, specifically, are the mechanics for doing
this? Your post frankly comes across as just so much backseat driving.
There is one chap, W0UCE, who has taken on the thankless task of
trying to plan for the nets in whilst avoiding stepping on everyone
else's toes (probably not possible). I sent him notice about the use
of the boatanchor frequency (3546.5 kc), and voila, it's now shown
up in the planning. See

I think all CW users owe him appreciation for trying to make
