[PVRCNC] N1MM Bandmap

For some reason the spotted callsigns are not poping
up on the bandmap scale/window, zero-none.  My telnet
session is fine with spots rolling merrily along.

I plan on going assisted in ARRL10/Mixed and I haven't
set this up in a while, so I'm a bit rusty.

Please/Thanks for the help!
