[PVRCNC] Lightning rods

Very interesting. My theory is that with most subdivisions going to
underground electrical distribution, the "free" lightning protection  that
existed for most people is gone. Now this kind of protection is needed like
the old houses had in the "pre-electric" days.

Hey---what were you doing on 7.415 instead of 7.035 last night???    ;-)
