Hey everyone. I'm looking forward to attending another meeting - it's only
been a year-plus since I saw any of you! I'm now back from my latest tour in
Afghanistan, however, and need to get back in the thick of things. I was
unfortunately not able to get on the air while there; I would love to have
done the big DX 'tests from YA/T6-land! See you Thursday.

This Thursday is the monthly gathering of the PVRCNC-EAST crew!   Please
plan 
to join us.  This month's program is: Software Defined  Radios.   Without 
question, this program will prove to be both  interesting and quite
informative.  
Please plan to join us at Manchester's  Bar and Grill. While the meeting 
officially starts at 6pm, feel free to  show up earlier for extra QSO time. 
 
Manchester's is located at 9109 Leesville Road, Raleigh  27613.  Manchesters

is in the Pinecrest Shopping Center which is 0.8 miles going  south on 
Leesville at the Leesville Road exit of I-540.
