We are pleased to announce a special PVRCNC-EAST Holiday gathering which 
will be held at Manchesters at the regularly scheduled meeting time, 6 
p.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2005.  A special holiday program is being 
planned. Family members are welcome! 

Here are the specifics: 

1. There are four menu options from which to choose: 
*All meals include your choice of Shrimp Bisque or a House Salad and a 
non-alcoholic beverage. 

* 14 oz. NY Strip steak, potato, steamed vegetable 
* Pastry wrapped Atlantic salmon with caramelized onion spinach stuffing, 
over asparagus 
* Chicken Cordon Bleu, roasted red potatoes, spinach and Marsala wine 
sauce 
* Sauteed Gulf Shrimp tossed in vodka cream sauce, asparagus and linguini 
pasta 
* Chef?s Vegetarian Special option (details to be determined).

NOTE:  If you require/prefer a special diet (i.e., no salt, no dairy, 
etc.) please advise. 

2. Pricing: 
$30 per person. This includes entree, drink (coffee, tea, soda), taxes, 
and gratuity. Adult beverages will be available and result in a personal 
tab to be settled after the dinner.

3. Reservation (required) Information: 
Reservations are required. We will accept reservations with payment, on a 
first-pay, first-serve arrangement. Please make your reservation with Jeff 
(nx9t) at nx9t at aol.com as soon as possible and make sure to indicate your 
entree preference. Your reservation will be "confirmed" upon receipt of 
payment. Reservations need to be confirmed by payment no later than 
October 15th. The capacity for our private dining room is 40 persons. 
Accordingly, if as expected, reservation requests surpass this number, any 
reservations which were taken but have not been "confirmed" by October 
15th will be made available to others who have indicated a desire to 
attend. PLEASE BOOK EARLY AND FOLLOW UP WITH PAYMENT at the October PVRC 
meeting or via snail mail at my call book address. 

NOTE: Payment can be made by check made payable to "Jeff Keller/PVRC 
Dinner" or cash. 
Additional information concerning the menu at Manchesters will be posted 
to our website at pvrcnc.org. 

The "committee" is excited to offer this special event and encourages 
EVERYONE to attend. It's been quite a while since we have had a special 
outing like this, so don't miss out. Come and help us celebrate the 
holidays with a succulent dinner, fine company, and a fun filled evening 
in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
