This would be a fun contest if it were not for the blasted QTC's.

S&P is a real pain in this contest.  Every potential station to work 
later in the contest is in the middle of a QTC.  Consequently they 
were just skipped.

On 40 and 80M there were relatively few requests for QTC's-- static 
crashes drive RTTY detection nuts.
