[PVRCNC] alternate meeting location for NC East

I will also be happy to host a get together at my place in North
Raleigh.  Wanted to do so last year but it didn't fit the PVRC schedule.

Utah was one of the first states to ban smoking in public places.
 
Jan and I will be happy to host a summer meeting if y'all don't mind a
