[PVRCNC] alternate meeting location for NC East

Sorry, Gary. I really didn't intend my response to be personal. And I also
apologize for not sufficiently recognizing the special needs of some
members.

As to smoking, there's nothing I'd like better than for NC to join those
states as well.

And I plead guilty to relying on appearances without knowing what's inside.
Is there any place that we can know what we're getting except at the
advertised vegetarian/organic restaurants?

As to the home thing, my point was basically in support of the idea. I just
felt that in fairnesss to all the members it shouldn't be our primary
option. We shouldn't make anyone feel obligated or feel like they were
letting the club down if they didn't have the facilities to be on a roster
or whatever. We should have a regular "neutral" or commercial site, but if
any members volunteer to host a meeting that would be great. I'm definitely
not shooting down that idea. I recall "special" meetings for summer and
holidays at homes like K4MA, K2AV, N4CW and W0UCE, probably others, which
were all outstanding.I'm sure there are many of us who will offer in the
future.

73,

Jim
