[PVRCNC] Field Day ops needed

Hey gang. K4QPL, N4YDU, KO4PY, N4PY and W4KAZ are planning to operate field
day in Franklin County (Cedar Creek Middle School in Youngsville). We are on
the fence between a 3A and 2A operation. We are still looking for other ops.
We will also have a "GOTA" station that will operated with several members
of the Franklinton High School club.
