[PVRCNC] New officers

Thanks Howie. We especially want to thank Guy, K2AV, for his outstanding
leadership over the past few years. I would have been more than happy for
him to continue as he leaves big shoes to fill, but we also understand his
other commitments. Thanks also to Jim, WW4M, for his service as secretary
and work with the web site. Jeff and I also want to thank our loyal
opposition whom we edged out after a hard fought campaign at the meeting
last night.  ;^)   (Did someone mention railroad??)

Jeff will be getting out the minutes from last night as his first official
duties. Meantime, we will NOT be scheduling meetings for July and August at
the Golden Corral in Cary.  The idea is to use the summer to look for some
alternatives and to circulate around the area, especially N. Raleigh so that
some members who have had difficulty fighting the traffic and travelling
longer distances can participate.
