[PVRCNC] Manchester's / Morse Runner question

Will,

I can't answer the questions, but the author has a yahoo group and 
answers a lot of those type questions there.  The group name is 
"dxatlas_group", and he fields questions for all of his programs there.

Seems like the "competition" mode runs for 60 minutes, and doesn't allow 
you to set the other variables.  But I'm still too slow to bother.

Get the most recent version(1.5?) if you don't have it already. Its got 
some QRM "refinements".
