[PVRCNC] NC webmaster, NC-East secretary positions

Hi everyone.  I've been very busy at work lately and have been doing less
contesting the past year or so, so am interested in finding someone to fill my
positions as secretary of the NC-East chapter and webmaster of the pvrcnc.org
website.

Anyone interested?  Secretary skills require only that you jot down some notes
during meetings and submit them to the list.  The new webmaster should have
some experience with creating and maintaining webpages.

FYI I will be unable to make it to the NC-East meeting on October 7.
