[PVRCNC] TV emits aircraft distress signal

It seems that this man's TV set was emitting a signal on the 121.5 
aircraft distress freq.  The rescue people tracked it to his door and 
finally TV set (a SONY).

Not really surprising.  I once had a monitor which put out RF trash up 
to 2M.
