[PVRCNC] Automatic Antenna Tuner Efficiency - QST Review Coming

Sometime in the past year I sent out a request about auto antenna tuner 
efficiency versus manual tuner efficiency.  Well, the ARRL Lab has just placed on 
the Member's Only web page, a review of several auto tuners from SGC, LDG, and 
MFJ.  This will be in the May issue of QST.

Interestingly they do not address the efficiency differences between auto and 
manual tuners, but a comparison of previous manual tuner data versus the new 
auto tuner data makes me want to keep my old manual tuner a little longer.  
However, there are some nice features on these auto units that a contester could 
really love.

Anyone have a different take on this?
