AFAIK, Rohn has all the tables for these sorts of calculations and you'll
be able not only to calculate if you can do it, but you'll know the safety
margin you're operating under.
I also seen to remember that the stress on the tower from wind etc goes up
faster than the height (with the square of the height I believe), go going
from 45 to 115ft, you'll need to increase the strength of the tower by a
factor of 9 (or thereabouts), even if you don't change the antenna.
