[PVRCNC] Voice keyer

It looks like the old, one message voice keyer I build many years ago
will have an application here.

After taking out the second cold roast from the oven in two months, it
was decided that a voice keyer could help.

Am thinking about hooking it up to the off position of the oven heat
control and programming it to say "are you sure".  Parallel switches
could be put on the burner controls.

It hasn't been determined which of the two occupants here turned off
the oven.  Perhaps a flash camera hooked to the voice keyer toggle?
