[PVRCNC] Late breaking conflict with RARSFest

Have to be on the road with my wife very early Sunday to Hickory NC,
and will miss RARSFest altogether.

Jim, WW4M, has to leave at 10 AM, meaning someone else will have to
call the meeting to order at the PVRC table.

Last I heard our NC west chairman, Henry Heidtman, W2DZO, is supposed
to be there, but I suspect he is already in the area, and out of reach
of his email, which goes to Summit School. Perhaps someone on the
reflector is putting him up for the night.

Need someone to grab Henry tomorrow and let him know he has the gavel,
or lacking that call the meeting at 11:00 am. There may be first or
second meeting folks there, and if so details and a vote-in need to go
in minutes.

Sorry about the late notice, Thursday at the chapter meeting would
have been much better, but some things can't be helped.
